Homology Arm Restriction Enzyme Blend

To make the digests easier for the 2 homology arm insertions, we have created an optimized blend of enzymes ready to go. This includes 2 separate tubes of enzyme blend, one for the right arm and a separate one for the left, along with the reaction buffer. Using this blend will reduce errors in digesting the vector to insert the homology arms.
