pDKStreamline3-Neo (Ubiquitin Promoter)

pDKStreamline3-Blast is a compact vector with the Blasticidin S resistance marker.  While optimized for protein expression, this vector can be used as a shuttle vector.

Features Include:

• Small size – backbone around 4kb
• Broad expression – Ubiquitin C is expressed in nearly all cells, making this an excellent choice when you want a near universal, native promoter.
• Easy insertion of homology arms – rationally designed restriction sites allow for the easy insertion of homology arms for genomic targeting and/or viral LTRs for easy virus assembly
• Minimized vector backbone – reduces or eliminates unneeded sequence to be included in your expression system.
• This has been engineered to provide resistance to Kanamycin in prokaryotes and Neomycin (like G418) in eukaryotes.
